In this podcast Lynda talks about how she gets so many things done when it comes to finances and health. Getting a calendar and writing down exactly how much you are going to put into your savings account on every payday of the year, or pay toward a certain debt, is one way she plans the work and works the plan. From a health perspective, she also believes that you should also enter the days you are going to the gym (if that is one of your goals) while you are focused on your health and fitness. That is not a decision you should make when you have to get out of bed early or at the end of a long day. Plan ahead and then live your own plan!
